Recycling Day!

Household Hazard Waste, Electronics and Metals Recycling Day!

As you know some items that we use can't be thrown away with our normal trash. Today, April 26, you can get rid of those things safely and have them recycled. You can drop your items off from 9am to 2pm in the Home Depot Parking Lot on the corner of A1A & Chester Road in Yulee. This service is free to all Nassau County residents and businesses.

Fred's Doubles Coupons

Thanks to my friend at The Squeaky Penny for letting me know Fred's is doubling coupons (up to 70¢) on Saturdays. ONLY 1 coupon per identical item is doubled, per customer, per Saturday! Also, Fred's will not accept Internet coupons.

Kmart Double Coupons

Finally, our Kmart (Fernandina Beach) is participating in double coupons again! Coupons with a value up to and including $2.00 will be doubled. There is a limit of 25 coupons per day per customer. In the past I have found the prices at our store to be a bit higher than other shoppers have reported. You should still be able to score some free and cheap items. The Kmart forum on Hot Coupon World has a price book that you can use when planning your shopping this week.
